The mantra "hands meet face to face" is going to be a key element of our routine, but it's clear that there's an increase in faith and desire to connect face-to face. Rotary has changed. As we flow through the summer of 2021, there is a lot of uncertainty in how our social service includes the highly valued interpersonal connections that have been enjoyed by Rotary participants in the past. Though the old adage of 'hands faces will certainly be part of our ongoing routine it is apparent that trust is growing and face-to-face reconnections are happening. The reality is that Rotary has changed. Rotary network is a great way to make lasting relationships. The pandemic has prompted us to improve our technological techniques. We maintain our business online while also reintroducing our social and service activity. These new possibilities have been paired with the lessons we have learned from previous outbreaks to create a new outlook for Rotary. It's encouraging to know that 75% of Rotary clubs plan to continue their "business as usual" activities.
